Accommodation
OUR LODGES
It's up to you to choose between our three comfortable accommodations: the "Sapinière" (11-13 people) and the "Etang" (8-10 people) lodges are located on the property, close to each other but without opposite, the "Cervolet" lodge (8-10 people) on the edge of La Rotière, whose woods are accessible by a common path.
Each has its private heated swimming pool, open from April to October, and its own entrance.
Tennis is shared between the Etang and Sapinière lodges.
Fishing is available on request depending on availability.
Travel cot and high chair available on request.
The 3 lodges are classified 4 Ears Gîtes de France and 4 stars.
Etang Lodge
Perfect for 8-10 people, this very comfortable lodge has 4 double bedrooms (including one with 2 single beds), a games room (billiards, table football and sofa bed), a TV lounge with sofa bed, a kitchen open to the dining room, a bathroom and a shower room, 2 separate toilets, a storeroom.
The dining room, perfect for 12 people, adjoins the fireplace with insert and the lounge area.
For greater comfort, reversible air conditioning can be turned on in the living room and the hallway to the bedrooms.
In front of the games room, a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy BBQ cooking and the unobstructed view of the plain leading to the Route pond.
Near the house, a heated swimming pool (11 x 5 m) with secure electric cover open from April to October (depending on the weather) and a swing with apparatus for the pleasure of young and old.
If you want to take a bit of field or stand apart, take advantage of "the guinguette du verger", our pretty caravan nestled at the bottom of the orchard.

Sapiniere Lodge
This half-timbered house can accommodate 11 to 13 people in its 3 bedrooms (1 double on the ground floor, 1 double with 1 single bed and a dormitory with 6 single beds on the 1st) and a double sofa bed in the TV lounge on the mezzanine on the first floor. above the games room (billiards).
The main room, decorated in a traditional Solognot style, has a very pleasant open fireplace opening onto the living room equipped with a stereo (33 rpm), a Bluetooth speaker and a TV.
The contemporary games room invites you to play billiards. Its large cupboards hide board games, tennis rackets as well as a fridge, large saucepans or a washing machine. Its spiral staircase leads to the TV lounge which can become a 4th bedroom thanks to its sofa bed for 2 and the curtain which isolates it from the ground floor.
Take the table tennis table out onto the concrete overhang to play on stable ground.
On the sanitary side, on the ground floor a bathroom and separate WC and on the 1st floor a shower room with WC.
The swimming pool with low shelter allows swimming even in rainy or windy weather; open from April to October.

Cervolet Lodge
In a green setting, we have created the Cervolet lodge. With its 4 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 3 upstairs), it is perfect for 8 people, but can accommodate 10 (double sofa bed in the living room).
The bias is conviviality with a large main room of more than 50 m2 including a linear kitchen over the entire length of the room, a dining area for 12 people with a magnificent solid oak table, a beautiful open fireplace and a warm living room opening onto the terrace thanks to the large bay window.
On the ground floor, a very beautiful bedroom with a cathedral ceiling overlooks the garden. The adjoining bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a bathtub.
On the ground floor, the bedroom, the bathroom, the toilets have facilities that meet certain criteria adapted to the reception of people with reduced mobility.
On the 1st floor, with sloping ceilings, you can choose one of the 2 bedrooms with a double bed or one with 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with a beautiful shower and separate WC.
An electric plancha installed on the large terrace allows you to eat outside in the enclosed garden.
You can swim in the flat-bottomed swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with the low shelter open or closed, then play a game of pétanque or badminton before launching a ping-pong tournament.
To walk, you have access to the woods and ponds of the Domaine de la Rotière by the common path which passes in front of the house. The woods of the estate are 300 meters away, beautiful mushroom pickings in season.
This same path also opens up to a network of municipal forest paths which constitute a great place for walking, jogging and mountain biking allowing you to go to the Château de Cheverny and its golf course.
